REGISTRATION FEES

Participation Payment per summit

Mode of Delivery: Hybrid (participants may opt to present online or face-to-face). Those online will be required to submit a recorded video.

Registration Fee:
PHP 6,700 (covers kits, ID, certificates, excluding accommodation) for Face-to-Face (Early bird: PHP 6,200 not later than September 30, 2024

PHP 2,500 for Online Participation (Early bird: 6,200 not later than September 30,2024) (PhilARM Members, additional discount of PHP 200)

In cases where the participants shift from online to face-to-face, the fee difference will be paid. In cases where face-to-face participants will shift to the online mode, NO REFUND shall be accorded.

For the accommodation of the participants, the local organizing committee on the venue will help facilitate.

CTU Participants: Only registration fees per COA and DBM rules for inside activities (Chargeable to local funds)

Payment System: Online via AltPayNet Corporation, Landbank and Gcash (payments will be transferred to the institution sponsoring the venue for the issuance of official receipt)
